The first big event for Fortnite this year happens to be Love and War, which is a Valentine’s Day event that’s actually taking place for almost the entirety of February.

The Love and War Fortnite event is going on right now and will come to a close on Feb. 17. You can drop in to play the new community-made Search and Destroy LTM (limited-time mode), earning yourself a free pickaxe and some emotes as you complete challenges.

There are new cosmetic rewards and outfits available at the shop, so get out there and make war, not love.

Warframe

Warframe, the third-person, co-op focused online multiplayer title, is having another Valentine’s Day event this year called Heart of the Ordis, which is a returning event that allows players to show their affection by using new, love-themed Glyphs.

The Donwyn Glyph Bundle II is now available for purchase in the in-game market and there are some other items that are returning as well that you can check out:

  • Valentine Color Picker – 1 Credit
  • Eros Arrow Skin – 5,000 Credits
  • Eros Oro Ornament – 50,000 Credits
  • Donwyn Glyph Bundle – 80 Platinum

Also, you can grab Bows, Crossbows, and Arrow Skins for 50% off from Darvo until the event comes to an end on Feb. 17.

Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 is also showing up to the Valentine’s Day party with an event of its own. Broken Hearts will have players completing Maurice’s challenges, which involve shooting down floating hearts that have appeared across the world of Borderlands 3 as you go along with your regular business.

This event will begin on Feb. 13 and from then, you’ll have one week to go out there and shoot some hearts down to get some sweet rewards. Speaking of rewards, here are all of the things you can obtain during the event:

  • 10 – “ECHOcardiogram” ECHO Skin
  • 25 – “Cosmic Romance” Weapon Trinket
  • 50 – “Terminal Polyaimorous” Legendary Maliwan SMG
  • 75 – “Heartbreaker” Vault Hunter Skin

Destiny 2

The Crimson Days event is back this year for Destiny 2 players and, while the event will be mostly the same, there are some changes that you should know about before jumping in.

At the forefront of this event is Crimson Doubles, which is a combat scenario that clashes together two teams of two. Here’s the description from Bungie itself:

“Stay in close proximity to your partner and your abilities will recharge at a faster rate. Stray too far, and your enemies will be given a waypoint leading to your location. If you can’t find a partner, don’t worry, we’ll play matchmaker and find one for you. To sweeten the deal we will be turning on Valor bonuses during the weekend of the event. Valor bonuses will be available between February 15 and February 19, in Crimson Doubles and all other Crucible modes.

As for the rewards, Shaxx will be handing out Confectionary Hearts for those that participating in the Crimson Doubles Matches and you can then turn those in to get some sweet rewards like The Vow, which is a new bow, or a Flaunting Dance Legendary emote.

Crimson Days will come to an end on Tuesday, Feb. 19.

Final Fantasy XIV

Final Fantasy XIV players will be able to once again enjoy the festivities of Valentione’s Day... yup, that’s right –Valentione’s.

The event will come to an end on Feb. 17 and Lady Lisette de Valentione will be waiting for players at the amphitheater in Old Gridania.

If you go to there, you’ll be able to vote for one of three candidates for the position of “Emissary of Love,” and you’ll get also get some cute outfits to show off to other players.

Also, if you’re a fan of sweets, you can get some chocolate fountains to decorate your home with, which might not be the best idea if you have a sweet tooth.

World of Warcraft

The Love Is in the Air event for World of Warcraft kicked off on Feb. 8 and it will run until Feb. 21.

There’s a seasonal boss named Apothecary Hummel that, if defeated, will grant players a Heart-Shaped Box that contains holiday loot for characters that are level 20 or above.

There’s a new main quest line that will have you investigate some shady business regarding some goblins and there are also daily quests that will reward you with experience and Love Tokens, which are tokens that can be used to get some cute Valentine’s themed holiday items.

This 2020 Valentine’s Day event will also be available in WOW Classic until Feb. 16; just head over to Orgrimmar (Horde) and Stormwind (Alliance) to start it.

Apex Legends

The Valentine’s Day Rendevouz event that’s going on in Apex Legends right now is definitely not the best event out there but it brings back Duos mode, letting two players team up instead of playing in groups of three.

If you have a good friend or some crush that lives far away from you, you can team up, kick butt, and take names until the event comes to an end on Feb. 18.

Also, if you log in during the event, you can get yourself a cute Valentine’s Day 2020 badge and players will receive double XP.
