How to Get ‘Medicine Ball’ Trophy & Achievement in Little Nightmares 2

The ‘Medicine Ball’ trophy and achievement can be unlocked right towards the end of the hospital level.

After you’ve made your way through the darkroom with a bunch of mannequins in, you’ll reach a door with some wooden planks across it. There’s a small gap in the bottom of it you can fit through.

Walk through the gap in the door, and once you pass through to the other side, a bunch of mannequin hands will burst through the wall and be reaching out at you.

All you need to do now is pick up the medicine ball by the chair with R1 or R2 (RB and RT for Xbox players) and then throw it at the hands with X/ A.
