Among Us: How to Change Map

Among Us is one of the most popular games around at the moment, as players can join together across PC and mobile to find the Impostor among their crew. To do so, you’ll solve tasks across maps, survive sabotage attempts, and call emergency meetings when you know important info. Where you do it, depends on you. Here is everything you need to know about how to change map in Among Us.

Currently, Among Us has three different maps: The Skeld, MIRA HQ, and Pollus. Each area has a unique set up, but the tasks and general gameplay is pretty much identical.

When Among Us first launched, you needed to purchase maps, similar to how you’d buy customization items. Since June, though, the developers decided to make every one of the maps free.

That means that you’ll have access to all of them when hosting or joining a match.

How to Change Map in Among Us

All you need to do to select which of the three you’d like to play is Host a game. In the settings, there will be an option to chose which map you’d like to play.

The Skeld comes up as the default map, so if you want to play MIRA HQ or Pollus, just go into the settings and change the map via the dropdown. You can also change maps after every game in the same area.

All you have to do next is invite your friends and start the match.
