Developed by Crema and published by Humble Bundle, Temtem is an MMORPG that takes heavy inspiration from the Pokemon series. While the game isn’t quite out of early access just yet, it’s just gotten a large update that adds even more content to the game, and it already has a decent foundation that will keep players occupied for a good while. Here’s how to get the Crystal Skates in Temtem.

Getting the Crystal Skates in Temtem

As you’re traveling through the different islands in Temtem, you might come across red crystals that you can’t get past. That’s because you need a special item called the Crystal Skates to get over them and see what’s on the other side. The good news is that the Skates will be automatically given to you as you play the story, but the catch is that you can’t hold on to them forever.

The Crystal Skates will be made available about halfway through the story, once you complete the quest titled Adventure in the Myrisles and finish infiltrating the Giant Banyan. However, the important thing to note here is that once you clear all quests in Omninesia, you’ll lose the Skates. Before you reach that point, you’ll want to make sure that you hit up all the crystal patches to get all the items you need.

After Omninesia, there’s no way to get the Crystal Skates back so if you’re already past that point and are wondering if you can still use them after that, you’re out of luck. The good news is that Crema has since patched the game so that even without the Crystal Skates, you can still obtain the coveted Four Leaf Clover item on the first island.

That’s all you need to know about how to get the Crystal Skates in Temtem. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
