Initially released on mobile devices and then ported to the 3DS, you will now be able to take the game on the go or play it on the big screen in your home. The game can now reach a wider and broader audience with its Switch port, especially for people who either don’t have a 3DS or aren’t fans of mobile games.

Play as Professor Layton’s daughter, Katrielle Layton, on her journey to track down her missing father. On this adventure, she becomes tangled in a number of incredible cases around London and it’s your job to help her solve them.

Just like on mobile devices, colorful characters like Katrielle’s dog Sherl, Scotland Yard’s Emiliana Perfetti, and Katrielle’s loyal assistant Ernest Greeves can now be seen through the eyes of the Nintendo Switch.

Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy was already entertaining people on mobile devices and the 3DS. Now, Switch fans can experience it as well.

Surprisingly, this is the very first Layton game to make its way to Switch, despite the series being a mainstay on Nintendo consoles for years now. We have heard rumors in the past about Layton games coming to Switch, so this might be the first step in that happening.
