Supermassive Games: “Several” Unannounced PS4 Exclusives Still to Come

Speaking in an interview with4PDA.ru, Supermassive Games managing director Pete Samuels confirmed the studio has multiple exclusive games in the works for Sony’s PS4.

Ever since Supermassive Games smash hit Until Dawn impressed with its superb production quality and storytelling, we’ve been waiting for the inevitable next PS4 exclusive. But when the intriguing-looking The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan was announced as coming to multiple platforms, we were left scratching our heads. Surely Until Dawn’s success would have had Sony scrambling to greenlight more content from the developer?

As it turns out, that was indeed the case, they’re just further afield that when might have thought.

Samuels confirmed Supermassive Games’ relationship with Sony is still “excellent,” going on to say:

“We are working on several unannounced PlayStation exclusives. True, it is impossible to talk about them in detail. In general, I really wanted to present our work to the widest possible audience. That is, The Dark Pictures needs to be released on several platforms.”

The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2019. You can check out the games’ trailer from E3 below:
