The latest trailer for Hitman 2 gives viewers a glimpse of the areas they’ll skulk and sneak through outside of Florida and Colombia while also providing hints as to what the game’s story will focus on.
Streamed through the game’s official YouTube channel, the trailer shows off several clips of the game’s locals alongside dialogue from a mysterious woman and one of Agent 47’s fellow assassins. The two muse over everything from how little people seem to notice or care about the killers among them, what has been taken from them in life and whether or not anyone is truly untouchable from the icy grip of death. All the while, scenes of Agent 47 play across the screen as he stalks his targets, taking some out stealthily while blasting away at others in frantic fire fights and destructive assaults.
Viewers will also notice footage of areas not yet seen in other trailers of the game. The new areas have been identified by developer IO Interactive as Hawke’s Bay, Mumbai, Vermont and the Isle of Sgà il. Each will be playable alongside the already revealed maps of Miami and Colombia.

A follow-up to 2016’s Hitman, Hitman 2 provides players with an experience that builds on the premise and gameplay of the first title. While they’ll still have to hunt their targets across open areas and devise a way of eliminating them, both their targets and their guards will have new ways to detect the elusive assassin such as noticing his reflection in mirrors and other surfaces.
Hitman 2 is set for release on Nov. 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. For more on the game, check out our hands-on impressions from E3 2018 where we got to blow up race cars in a flamingo suit.
