The game features Finn the Human and Jake the Dog on an adventure to find out why the Land of Ooo has been completely flooded with water. The duo will encounter pirates, monsters, and other enemies while sailing the vast ocean. Other characters from the series make appearances in the game to help them out, including Marceline the vampire, sentient video game console BMO, and Princess Bubblegum.

Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion is an original story separate from the animated series with all characters voiced by the show’s cast. The action-adventure game allows players to upgrade their heroes, use items, and unique abilities in fast-paced action.

The game is available now in the Unites States for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The global release date for Europe and other regions is Friday, July 20 for the same systems.

Adventure Time is currently in its 10th season on the Cartoon Network with plans to conclude the series later this year. The cartoon debuted for the channel back in 2010 and has since aired almost 280 episodes.
