As you explore the plains in Monster Hunter World, taking on huge creatures as you go, you’ll need to keep and eye on the status of your character. Whether it be health or stamina, you’re going to want everything to be at its maximum to give you the best chance of being successful on your hunts. Here’s everything you need to know about how to increase stamina in the game.

The best way to increase stamina in Monster Hunter World is to cook raw meat that you have collected with your BBQ spit. Depending on your timing, the meat will cook a different amount, with each level increasing your stamina bar to a different level. Burnt meat restores your health slightly, rare meat increases your stamina bar moderately, and well-done meat greatly increases your stamina bar. Paying attention to the cooking and the changing musical cues will help you increase your stamina more. Be aware, however, that your character’s stamina bar will go back to normal once the quest you’re doing is complete or you die.

That is all you need to know about how to increase stamina in Monster Hunter World. For more on the game, be sure to check out our wiki.
