ARMS Is Getting a New Fighter in the Next Free Update Named Lola Pop

Candy land.

Nintendo has just announced that a new fighter is on their way to ARMS. The last character we got was the tournament champion Max Brass. This time around, we’re getting a colorful female fighter by the name of Lola Pop. You can check out her reveal and introduction trailer down below.

It looks like we’ll be getting a new stage as well, and it certainly looks like a colorful candy land that fits the theme of the character. Lola Pop looks like a pretty agile character who’s also capable of some seriously defensive capabilities as well. She’s able to inflate her body to block incoming attacks, which certainly looks very helpful. Her play style and defense seems similar to Master Mummy, though we’ll need to get some hands on time with this new fighter before we can determine any good strategies for her.

Lola Pop doesn’t have a release date just yet, but we’ll keep you updated as more info comes our way. ARMS is now available on the Nintendo Switch.
