Grand Theft Auto V has managed to climb to the top of the UK game charts, despite the fact it was originally released several years ago in 2013. The game was hugely successful upon release and sales were bolstered with later releases of the PS4 and Xbox One versions and the highly anticipated PC edition.
Dirt 4 comes in second and FIFA 17 is in third. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands is in fourth and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe brings up the rear in fifth. The top 20 are as follows:
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Dirt 4
- FIFA 17
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Overwatch
- ARMS
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- Forza Horizon 3
- Tekken 7
- Rocket League
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Injustice 2
- Wipeout: Omega Collection
- Dishonored 2
- Dead by Daylight
- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
- Lego Worlds
- Halo 5: Guardians
- Fallout 4
It looks like people are still loving Grand Theft Auto V, but will it be able to stay on top for a second week running? This week will see the release of the highly anticipated Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy which sees the PlayStation icon return after years away. The N. Sane Trilogy is a remake of the original three Crash Bandicoot games and is exclusive to the PS4. Does Crash still have enough fans to usurp the mighty Grand Theft Auto?
