The Last Guardian Will Get PS4 Pro and HDR Support

More Trico pixels!

The folks over at Eurogamer got to play a new build of The Last Guardian recently, and it’s been reported that the highly anticipated PS4 exclusive will be getting PS4 Pro support when it finally launches this December. While there were no concrete details revealed about the PS4 Pro version of the game, Eurogamer confirmed that it will receive HDR support as well, though that will be delivered through possibly a day one patch.

We know that other PS4 Pro supported titles like Rise of the Tomb Raider and Nioh will be getting graphical options that either favor frame rate, resolution, or a balance between the two. It’d be pretty neat to see The Last Guardian getting a similar treatment on the Pro as well, though that remains to be seen. Eurogamer also posted some new gameplay footage from their time with the title, and you can check it out down below.

The Last Guardian is set to be released exclusively for the PS4 on December 6.
