How To Get a McDonald’s Halloween Pail

Halloween 2016 was the last time folks in the United States could get their hands on one of these spooky buckets, but they won’t have to wait much longer. That’s because on Tuesday Oct. 18, they will be making their return for two weeks—while supplies last.

So, what’s the big deal? For the first time in six years, McDonald’s is bringing back an all-time classic. Throw in a fun, spooky promotion, and you’re all set. Here’s where things start to differ slightly from the regular, non-spooky Happy Meals.

Now, customers will be able to take home one of these pails instead of the traditional boxes. And with every Happy Meal purchase, of course, customers typically receive a toy as well. Add in these buckets, and suddenly you’ve got another place to potentially store all of your Halloween treats.

Because again, they were all the rage back in the 1990s. Just check out this advertisement from the 90s Nostalgia YouTube account. Fun!

So that’s everything you need to know about the 2022 Halloween Happy Meal classic buckets at McDonald’s. Are you excited to get a little spooky? Do you plan on picking one up? Don’t be afraid to tell us below!
