Spooky season is here, and with it, a new Halloween event, Bride of Junkenstein, also arrives in Overwatch 2. Blizzard has decided this time around to add tons of small challenges to make it more replayable and added some additional difficulties. Most of the challenges are pretty vague as far as description goes and the timing on a few of them, like this one, is very tight, so you need to act fast. However, if you struggle to figure out how to complete them, we’ve got everything you need to know on how to complete the photozomb challenge in Overwatch 2 right here.
How to “Strike a Pose With the Bride During Her Introduction” in Overwatch 2
The hardest part of this challenge will be trying to lock in Sojourn before anyone else. Make sure you click fast, as she’s the easiest hero to do this with. Kiriko also works as you can teleport to your Sojourn if she jumps onto the platform.
Time is of the essence, this is during the final stage of the event, so if you miss it, you will have to re-queue and start back over again. Adding to the anxiety is the fact that you only have a few seconds to dash in and hop up to the platform, so make sure you are ready.
Once you enter the room, hop up to the area in front of the switch on the side and then emote. If done correctly, you’ll net yourself a cool challenge complete and Sombras “Never Cross the Bride” voice line. This took a few tries to get correctly, and in our experience, the hardest part was being able to lock in Sojourn as others are also trying to get the challenge complete as well.
There is also a rumor that standing on top of Rein and emoting at the camera will count, but this is unconfirmed. It is worth a shot if you end up playing through a round on a character that cannot reach the platform.
Now that you have completed the photozomb challenge in Overwatch 2, you can tackle all the other frightening challenges available this Halloween. While you’re here, pick up a free skin or check out some of our other Overwatch 2 coverage as well and remember to have fun!
