The Genshin Impact 3.1 maintenance will begin on September 28, 2022, at 06:00 AM server time (UTC+8). According to the official announcement, the servers will remain offline for around 5 hours and travelers will be unable to log in to the game during this time frame.
PC players can update the game by launching the Genshin Impact official client. On the other hand, mobile users can download the 3.1 update directly from their application store. After this is complete, the game will update to a new version. We recommend that Travelers install this update over a Wi-Fi connection.

Travelers who reach Adventure Rank 5 or above before the update’s release can claim free 300 Primogems. The developers will distribute compensation via in-game mail within 5 hours after the update maintenance is finished.
