Just as has been the case in Souls games of the past, FromSoftware’s latest RPG features a huge range of different armor sets. One of the coolest, which was featured heavily during the promotion of the game before launch, is no longer available at the start of the game and instead takes a bit of effort to unlock. Here’s how to get the Bloody Wolf ‘Raging Wolf’ armor in Elden Ring.
How to Get Wolf Armor in Elden Ring
You’ll need to put in some time to unlock the Bloody Wolf ‘Raging Wolf’ armor, but it’s not necessarily hard to achieve. Follow this step-by-step process:
- The first thing you need to do is reach Volcano Manor, which can be found at the end of the path that leads up to Mt. Gelmir.
This is a dangerous area with a mini-boss that you’ll need to defeat beforehand.
- Speak with Lady Tanith and join the Recusants of Volcano Manor.
You can’t miss her; she’s the woman sitting next to the huge knight. She will then give you a key that can be used to unlock the doors in the hall to her left.
- The door will lead you to a hallway and, beyond that, a room with a table and several NPCs. Pick up the Recusant Finger and Letter from Volcano Manor from the table.
Now inspect the letter in your inventory and note that it explains you need to invade and kill an NPC.
- After completing this mission, return to and speak with Lady Tanith for a reward, and head back to the same table to find another letter. Repeat the same process.
- After you have completed this second NPC invasion, go back to the dining room and speak to Recusant Bernahl.
He’s the knight with a large weapon sitting in a chair (pictured above). He will mention going on a hunt with you.
- You’re in for yet more assassinations. Bernahl will mark the location of the two more NPCs you need to invade on your map.
Both are located in Leyndell, Royal Capital, close to the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace.
- Travel here and use the red sign on the floor to join Recusant Bernahl and defeat Vargram the Raging Wolf and Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm.
Once you’re done, you’ll receive the full Raging Wolf armor set.
