Among Us Coming to PlayStation in December, Will Support Cross-Play

Among Us is easily one of the most popular multiplayer games of 2020, and its popularity and success have certainly carried over to this year as well. Since launching on PC, the game has been released on Xbox and Switch, with the PlayStation platform being the last for it to arrive on. Sony and InnerSloth have just announced that the wait will be over soon, as Among Us is set to be released for PS4 and PS5 on December 14.

Cross-platform play will be supported, which means that PlayStation users will be able to play matches with other users on PC and Xbox. The PS4 and PS5 versions of the game will also come with some exclusive Ratchet and Clank themed cosmetics, as well as all previous content updates.

InnerSloth ends off by expressing their gratitude to all the players who have already picked up the game or are planning to pick it up when it launches in December.

“More seriously the entire team at Innersloth want to thank everyone for all of the support – whether you picked up the game ages ago or are just thinking of playing it now, we’re happy to have you! It’s already been a year since we were just a team of three and our game randomly got big, but we couldn’t be more grateful.”
