Bloodhunt Gets a Brutal and Stylish Gamescom Trailer, Showing Off the Toreador

Set within the Vampire: The Masquerade universe, Bloodhunt is a new upcoming and free-to-play battle royale game that’s looking pretty promising so far. Sure, the battle royale formula’s gotten a little stale at this point, but from what we’ve seen of Bloodhunt so far, it definitely has the potential to put a fresh spin on things.

The Gamescom trailer shows off the Toreador clan, featuring characters that possess a wide range of abilities. Some specialize in katanas and blades, while others prefer using more conventional firearms. The combat certainly looks very fast-paced and fluid, as players are able to slide around the arena and whip around quickly to react to their enemies.

Bloodhunt’s early access period begins on Sept. 7, and is set to be released on Steam.
