Dead Cells to Get Free Trial for Switch Online Subscribers Next Week, Alongside Fatal Falls DLC Launch

It’s been a couple of years since the full release of Dead Cells, and developing studio Motion Twin has certainly been keeping up with consistent updates and support for the game. Next week, on Jan. 26, the new Fatal Falls DLC will be launching for the game. It brings about brand new weapons, enemies, and bosses for players to check out, providing a whole slew of new content for those who have already beaten the game multiple times.

Not only that, for new players who might be wondering if this game is for them, there’s going to be a free trial available on the Switch next week.

Do note that you need to be a Switch Online subscriber in order to access the free trial on the Nintendo eShop. If you have a subscription, you’ll be able to download the free trial on Jan. 26 as well, when the DLC drops, and play through a portion of the game before deciding whether you’d like to make the purchase.

Dead Cells is now available on PC and consoles.
