Marvel’s Avengers Game offers a variety of skills and abilities for its heroes to use against enemies, but if you’re like most players, you may be unclear on how to equip the newer, stronger ones you’ve unlocked. That’s why we’re here with a guide to help you figure out how to equip skills in Avengers Game.
How to Equip Skills in Avengers Game
Equipping skills in Marvel’s Avenger’s is pretty straight-forward, and doesn’t take too much of a time investment.
First, open up the main menu by pressing the Touchpad on PlayStation 4 or the Menu button on Xbox One. Then, cycle over to the Skills tab by pressing L1/R1 or LT/RT. Once there, you can view all of your currently active hero’s skills that can be unlocked via Skill Points, which are earned by leveling up from defeating enemies.
From there, you can then unlock whichever skills you can currently afford. Each one will be designated as a Light Attack, Heavy Attack, Ranged Attack, and Intrinsic Ability based on the tree they’re a part of, and will be equipped automatically upon being unlocked.
For example, after unlocking a new attack as the Hulk, you’ll be able to use that attack by inputting the correct controls. Likewise, Passive Abilities will automatically activate after being unlocked and remain active for the duration of your playtime.
That’s all there is to it really. Skills are super easy to use and add to your bag of tricks, so be sure to use them appropriately as soon as you’ve unlocked them.
