Jump Force Trailer Is All About New DLC Fighter Meruem From Hunter X Hunter

Today Bandai Namco revealed a new trailer showcasing the next playable character for its fighting action game Jump Force.

Today Bandai Namco revealed a new trailer showcasing the next playable character for its fighting action game Jump Force.

The new character is Hunter X Hunter antagonist Meruem, who was initially revealed last month.

He will be released this fall for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and in 2021 for the Switch version. You’ll be able to either grab him as part of the $17.99 Character Pass or on his own for $3.99.

“Meruem, HUNTER X HUNTER’s Chimera Ant king, will officially be joining the JUMP FORCE roster as part of Character Pass 2 this fall. Armed with both overwhelming physical prowess and terrifyingly potent Nen abilities, Meruem subjugates and rules over his opponents with an unforgiving iron tail.”

The character pass that includes Meruem also comes with Shoto Todoroki from My Hero AcademiaHiei from Yu Yu Hakusho, and two unannounced heroes (or villains) from Bleach and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
