There are a wealth of ways to get Z Orbs for upgrading your skills in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, but some methods net you Orbs faster then others. That’s why we’re here to walk you through how to get Green Z Orbs fast in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.
How to Get Green Z Orbs Fast in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot
As with other Z Orbs in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, Green Z Orbs can be obtained through one of two methods: By exploring the over-world and traveling to specific types of terrain, or by winning battles against enemies.
The latter of the two methods is the fastest way to get Orbs, though only after you’ve reached a certain point in the main story and obtained a specific Community Board.
First, play through the game until you reach the point in the Saiyan saga where Goku is revived with the Dragon Balls. It’s after this occurs that you obtain Mr. Popo’s Soul Emblem, as well as access to the Community of the Gods Community Board.
With it, you can pair different Soul Emblems together to enhance how many Z Orbs you obtain from battle, by up to 20 percent.
Once it’s unlocked, go to the Community of the Gods board and place whichever Soul Emblems would boost it the most. Some easy combinations to make are Mr. Popo with Kami and Kami with King Yemma, all of which should be available to you shortly after the board is unlocked.
Once you have the board set up, you’ll be ready to start battling and raking in the Z Orbs. In particular though, you should aim to complete battles that are part of the main mission and side missions, as they yield the most Z Orbs.

So, to recap how to get Green Z Orbs fast with battling in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot:
- Play through the game up to the point where Goku is revived with the Dragon Balls
It’s at this point that you’ll gain access to the Community of the Gods Community Board, which boosts how many Z Orbs you can gain from battle.
- Add and connect Soul Emblems to the board that will enhance its effects
A few examples of Emblems to use are Mr. Popo, Kami and King Yemma, With Kami connected to Mr. Popo and King Yemma connected to Kami.
- Battle and defeat enemies
Specifically, complete battles against enemies which are part of the main mission or side missions.
The other method you can use to get Green Z Orbs in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is to find them in the overworld.
Like with other basic Z Orb types, Green Z Orbs can be obtained in and around specific terrains; those being greener, grassier areas. Locations like Blake’s Bog or the Kodaiho Lands are ripe with Green Z Orbs for the taking, and so long as you stick to these areas, you should be able to rake in plenty enough Orbs for your skill upgrades in no time at all.
