Developed by Infinity Ward, Modern Warfare marks the return of the annual Call of Duty series with a much darker, grittier, and realistic story campaign. Of course, it also comes packed with all the multiplayer goodness that you’d want from your typical CoD game as well. If you’re wondering whether it’s possible to create a custom emblem in Modern Warfare, here’s what you need to know.
Can You Create a Custom Emblem in Modern Warfare?
The short answer is no. Sadly, there doesn’t seem to be any way to create a custom emblem in Modern Warfare to really distinguish yourself from the rest of the players you meet online.
When you pop into the multiplayer menu and check out the customization options, you will be able to edit your clan tag, calling cards, emblems, and sprays and gestures.
For the emblems, the game starts you off with 30 base options that you can choose from, with no way to edit or adjust them. The same goes for the calling cards, where you also get to choose from several base options with no customization options.
Really, the only form of customization you’re getting here is the ability to mix and match your favorite calling card with your favorite emblem, but there isn’t much else to do beyond that.
Sadly, no. You can only choose from base options provided by the game.
Of course, if Infinity Ward ever decides to patch in the ability to create custom emblems, we’ll update this article accordingly with any relevant information pertaining to that.
That’s all you need to know about creating a custom emblem in Modern Warfare. Be sure to search for Twinfinite or check our Modern Warfare guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
