After a long period with just micro updates and new Seasons, Bungie has finally released the brand new Shadowkeep expansion for Destiny 2. With it comes a host of new story missions to complete, cool equipment to collect, and new Bounties to grind out. Here’s how to complete the Memory Pursuit Bounty from Eris Morn in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep.

How to Complete Memory Pursuit Bounty in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep

Memory Pursuit is the title of the weekly Bounty you can get from Eris Morn on the Moon. However, just from reading the description, it might not be immediately clear just how you’re supposed to complete it. That’s where we come in.

After completing the story campaign of Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, you’ll be able to talk to Eris Morn and receive a new quest called Memory of Sai Mota.

This particular quest step is part of a longer quest chain that allows you to get the Deathbringer Exotic Rocket Launcher, so you’ll need to pick it up anyway if you’re planning on collecting all the Exotic weapons that come with Shadowkeep.

Either way, once you pick up Memory of Sai Mota, you simply need to get Nightmare enemy kills with Arc abilities or weapons until the quest step bar fills up. This should be fairly easy to do, as Nightmares will spawn on the Moon randomly.

In our experience, the best place to farm Nightmare enemies was Sorrow’s Harbor, as you’ll see the red mist gathering in different spots there, spawning different Nightmare enemies over time. Just remember to pick up the red Unstable Essence orbs to give yourself a buff against Nightmare enemies to make the process go by quicker.

After filling up the bar with the required Arc kills on Nightmares, go back to Eris to turn in the Memory Pursuit Bounty and you’ll get a chest with your reward inside.

To sum up, here’s how to complete the Memory Pursuit Bounty:

  1. Talk to Eris Morn after beating the campaign to receive the Memory of Sai Mota.

  2. Get Arc kills on Nightmare enemies until the quest bar fills up.

  3. Return to Eris to receive a chest with a reward.
