Dr Mario World, the next Nintendo mobile game, is out now on iOS and Android devices. As you make your way through the game’s opening levels, most of which are pretty easy, you might be wondering how many challenges you have in front of you. So that you know what’s on the horizon, here’s everything you need to know about how many worlds and levels there are in Dr Mario World.
When you first start Dr Mario World, you’ll be introduced to the game’s many mechanics, such as power-ups, rotating capsules, and using Koopa Shells. You’re also led through the first 20 levels before the game opens up.
Up to this point, you’ll only be able to access some of the game’s features and you’ll only be able to see the first area of the game, getting access to the next level each time you complete one.
How Many Worlds & Levels There Are in Dr Mario World
While you can’t keep track of how many levels you’ve completed, you can see how many of the stars you’ve unlocked in the game and how many are available in each world in Dr Mario World.
To check, press on the little compass symbol in the top left corner of the screen. A tab will then appear on that side that shows all the worlds in the game and how many stars you’ve got in each area.
So far, Dr Mario World has five worlds, each one having two areas. In each world, you can earn 60 stars in the first area and 69 stars in the second area. We haven’t finished all the levels yet, so we can’t say if things change later in the game, but it seems like you can get a maximum of three stars in each level. That would mean there are 20 levels in each Area 1 and 23 in each Area 2.
Therefore, if you add them all together, and going by the idea that each level is represented by three stars, there is a total of 215 levels in Dr Mario World. More are due to be added in the future, so keep checking back once you complete them all.
