Bethesda has rolled out a free trial for Fallout 76 across all platforms that the game is available on. that means that you can check out all of the new things Fallout 76 has done since its release that Todd Howard spoke about during the 2019 E3 Bethesda press conference, including the game’s battle royale mode, Nuclear Winter. Here’s how to get the Fallout 76 free trial on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Before jumping into the how, it’s important that you have enough space on your system’s hard drive. The game clocks in at roughly 45 GB so you’ll need at least that much free space. Considering some of the game’s updates, though, we’d clear out 50 GB just in case.

It’s also important to note that on both Xbox One and PS4, you’ll need their respective online services, Xbox Live Gold and PS Plus, to play this game as it’s an always-online title.

If you’re looking to jump into Fallout 76 on your PS4, hopping into the free trial is quite easy. First off, head to the PlayStation Store on your system. Then, search for the game or click this link.

You should see the button that says “Tree Free Demo.” That’s the one you need to press.

From here, you’ll be sent to checkout. Purchase the product, which won’t cost you a dime, and it should begin downloading. After it’s downloaded, load it up on your PS4 and get to playing.

How to Get the Fallout 76 Free Trial on Xbox One

If you’re looking to jump into the Fallout 76 free trial on Xbox One, the process is very similar to how you’d do it on PS4. Head on over to the Microsoft Store and search for Fallout 76 or click this link.

Click the “Download” button and for free, the game should begin downloading. Once it’s downloaded, load it up and hop in.

How to Get the Fallout 76 Free Trial on PC

For PC owners, you’ll need to head to the Bethesda store. There, search for Fallout 76 or click this link. To get the free trial, you’ll need to login to Bethesda.net before adding the game to your cart.

If you do so without having logged in, the game will show up as $29.99. Once you’ve got the game in your cart, for free, purchase it and download it to your PC.

Once it’s finished downloading, load it up and jump in.

This free trial lasts from now until June 17. If you enjoy what you play, the game is discounted to 50 percent off on all platforms so now is a great time to pick it up if it fits your fancy.
