Mortal Kombat 11: How to Get Fatalities & Brutalities

Fatalities and brutalities are cornerstones of the Mortal Kombat franchise. It wouldn’t be MK if you couldn’t horrifically bash or slice your helpless opponent after winning the match. You start off with a few unlocked to get you going, but you’ll have to unlock more as you play the game. Here’s how to get fatalities and brutalities in Mortal Kombat 11.

Getting Fatalities and Brutalities in Mortal Kombat 11

As mentioned above, every fighter starts off with one fatality and brutality that is revealed, unlocked and ready for use. You’re definitely going to get tired after a while though of doing the same one over, and over again. You get Hearts for ending a match with a fatality or a brutality so it’s definitely worth doing, but yeah you’ll want some variety eventually.

You had better grab your hammer and a boat, and head on over to Shang Tsung’s island then, because your butt is going to be in the Krypt often.

The Krypt is where you’ll find the vast majority of fatalities and brutalities in MK 11. If you go to the Kustomization, go over to a character and then check out their Kosmetics. You can view your unlocked and locked Fatalities and what the requirements are to find them.

You’ll have to start cracking up open chests and other containers in the Krypt most likely to find the ones you’re looking for. You’ll want a hefty stock of Koins, Soul Fragments, and Hearts before you can expect to get very far, so just go out and enjoy the game a bit.

Play some Towers of Time and online ranked and kasual matches to build up a nest egg of Krypt resources and then go ahead and start looking around. While playing Towers of Time there’s a good chance you’ll end up with other cool stuff while looking for Fatalities and Brutalities.

That does it for how to get more fatalities and brutalities in Mortal Kombat 11 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. Happy hunting!
