On the game’s official Twitter account we get to see more concept artwork showcasing characters and armor and weapon for the “Chinese Ming Frontier Cavalry.”

As a middle ages multiplayer melee-based survival game, it appears that Ran: Lost Islands will include an interesting mix of cultures for its characters and equipment, ranging from conquistador-style gear to samurai-inspired and Chinese.  It’ll certainly be interesting to see how the story will bunch them all together in one place when the developer will reveal more details.

On top of this, we also find out that beta signups are already open, and can be found here. Since the result screen when you sign up is in Chinese, it’s simply telling you to confirm your address via the mail that you’re going to receive after signing up. That is also in Chinese, but all you have to do is to click on the link.

You can check out the images below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy the first details and screenshots, and the original trailer from earlier this week.
