Far Cry New Dawn is not only the newest entry in the Far Cry franchise, but a first for the series in a lot of ways.
It’s the first game to feature female villains. The first set in a post-apocalyptic setting and it’s the first game to serve as a direct sequel to a past entry.
All of that melds together to create an extremely fun, different and unique take on a series that we’ve been playing for years and years. While the base game is a lot of fun, some aspects of it might leave you wanting more.
Usually, when we’re left desiring more out of the game, cheats or cheat codes add just enough oomph to a game to make it feel just as refreshing as it did on day one. When you finish Far Cry New Dawn, you might be looking for that extra oomph too.
So, are there cheats or cheat codes in Far Cry New Dawn?
Sadly, the answer is no. There are zero cheats to be used in the game and zero cheat codes to be inputted into special or secret menus.
With that being said, if you were someone looking to get more out of the game’s base mechanics, you’re sadly stuck with what’s in the box. Fortunately, though, Ubisoft knew players might be hoping for more after the credits roll and it’s that reason that the developers implemented a number of features to keep the game exciting and fresh long after you finish saving Hope County once more.
New to the series are expeditions, or small locations outside of Hope County that serve as challenge maps of sorts. You’re tasked with finding the highwaymen cache in each location and escaping safe and sound, either through a storm of gun fire or stealthily, without a peep of sound.
Each of these expeditions can be completed over and over again and each can be completed on one of three different difficulties.
Similar to expeditions, you can go back to Hope County and challenge outposts on higher difficulties too.
So, while there aren’t any cheats, there are some features to keep you playing after you’ve reached the end. That’s all you need to know about cheats in Far Cry New Dawn.
