New Moero Chronicle Game Teased by Compile Heart

Moero Chronicle

Today Compile Heart opened a teaser website dedicated to what appears to be a new Moero Chronicle game.

If you’re unfamiliar with the name, the original Moero Chronicle game was launched for PS Vita only in Japan and Asia between 2014 and 2015, and then a PC port on Steam finally brought it to a worldwide audience in 2017.

The original title is indeed Genkai Tokki Moero Chronicles, and it’s the second game of the well known (infamous for some, I guess, due to its rather ouvert fanservice-y nature) Genkai Tokki series.  Funnily, the game was published in Asia directly by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Those were different times…

If the URL of the site the site wasn’t enough of an indication, it also features the franchise’s mascot Otton, alongside a character’s chest. Incidentally, if you click on it on the site, “something” happens. Be warned that you probably shouldn’t do it at work.

The site also showcases the number “3” probably indicating that the reveal is coming in three days. No platforms have been teased for now, but we might learn about them soon.

This could certainly be the new game of a “popular series” (in Japan) that Compile Heart teased at the end of 2018.
