The Fortnite week 9 challenges have arrived, meaning not only can players get their hands on the long-awaited Snowfall Prisoner skin, but they can also get yet another secret star. Here’s where the season 7 week 9 secret star location is in Fortnite.

Upon completing all of the week 9 challenges, you’ll then be given a new loading screen. As always, the week 9 loading screen hints at the location of this week’s hidden battle star. So let’s start by taking a look at the loading screen itself.

Week 9 Loading Screen

Considering it’s finally out in the wild, it should come as no surprise that the week 9 loading screen has the Snowfall Prisoner skin front and center. It’s not the skin we want to be paying attention to, though, but instead, the marking on the cave wall to the left as you’re looking at the image.

Specifically, if you look just to the left of the chain hanging down from the ceiling, you can notice a marking on the wall. This is actually a little wooden sleigh with a star sitting precariously on top of it. Now, it’s simply a case of figuring out where that is on Fortnite’s map.

As it’s a sleigh, we know that the secret star is going to be lurking somewhere in the iceberg biome. To find the week 9 secret star in Fortnite, you’re going to want to head to the giant wooden sleigh directly east of Polar Peak. The wooden sleigh has replaced the enormous wooden chair that used to be next to this little selection of buildings.

If you’re still struggling to nail down the exact location, you want to aim for grid reference B8. You can see the map location, as well as the in-game location in our screenshots above and below.

Once you land on top of the wooden sleigh, you’ll want to head to the north end of it where the chest is. As long as you’ve completed the week 9 challenges, the star will appear before you.
