How to Get the Stone Hill Chest Key in the Spyro Reignited Trilogy
It is 2018 and Spyro is back and better than ever thanks to Toys for Bob and its collection of remasters for the first three games in the Spyro series. Here is everything you need to know about how to get the Stone Hill chest key in the Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
Now known as the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, this updated port features tighter controls, snazzier graphics, and a whole lot more positive modernized overhauls.
Thankfully, Spyro Reignited Trilogy still features the same gameplay and areas that fans know and love from the trilogy, including plenty of collectibles.
Where to Find the Stone Hill Chest Key
The first thing you’ll have to do is load up Spyro the Dragon, the first of the three games in the Spyro Reignited Trilogy. Once you have loaded in, head into the gates for the Stone Hill level in the hub world.
Upon entering Stone Hill, head into the door located over a mound and slightly to the right of the well, which is directly in front of Spyro upon spawning into the area. Be sure to note its location, as you’ll return to it later.
Head to the right and out the door and you’ll come upon the return home portal. Instead of going into the return home portal, jump over the edge located directly behind it.
In the sand to the right, you’ll find some hidden gems that will lead you to a small cave. The Stone Hill chest key is located in the middle of the cave, along with a few smaller chests.
The key is pretty much impossible to miss, as it stands out like a sore thumb.
Stone Hill Chest Location
Once you grab the key, head back the way you came and make your way to the well that you passed when you spawned in. Perspective wise, the well is located in the center of the main lawn.
Jump down the well and head over to the chest to trigger an unlock sequence. The chest contains four green rubies and two red, netting you a nice bit of treasure to add to your total.
