You’ll likely have been sent to the Gauley Mine after reading the recon report on top of the Responders Datamine terminal in Flatwoods church. The note reads:
Jeff,
I hope things in Flatwoods are going well. I had a thought I wanted to share.
If we can spare the personnel, I’d like to send a team into Gauley Mine. They were blasting in the days before the war, and if there’s still dynamite in there, it might come in handy.
I know you’re busy with the volunteer program, so it’s your call.

Where the Gauley Mine Location is
The Gauley Mine is a location in the Forest region of Appalachia in 2102. It can be found southeast of Landview Lighthouse. Inside you’ll find a locked door that can only be opened with a specific keycode.
What the Keycode is
To find the keycode you’ll need to do a bit of exploring. It is located some way down into the mine on a shelf in one of the locker banks. But if you can’t find it and just want to know what the keycode is, the number is 071990.
This keycode is generic as far as we can tell and should work for everyone.
