Abracadabra! a New Pokemon GO Event That Starts Today Brings Psychic-Types out to Play

Psychic-type Pokemon are some of the most mysterious of the types that exist in the big ol’ world of pocket monsters. Being able to use their mind to bend spoons, levitate objects in the air, and even confuse their opponents in battle and making them hit themselves make any Psychic-type Pokemon a helpful friend to have on your team in Pokemon GO.

Thankfully, starting today, trainers in Pokemon GO will start to see more Psychic-types out there in the wild until Oct 14 at 1 p.m. PT. Get ready to encounter some mysterious Pokemon such as Abra, Spoink, Kadabra, Slowbro, Drowsee, and many many more.

Also, additional research quests focusing on Psychic-type Pokemon will be available with the chance to catch a shiny Drowsee a bit more feasible. Imagine showing off your brand new shiny Drowsee to all of your Pokemon GO friends. They will be so jealous of you that they’ll be begging you to trade with them. You’ll be the talk of the town, believe me.

So go get off of your couch, get some friends (or just yourself) and go out and catch some clairvoyant critters in your neighborhood or wherever you may be. You have nine more days to gather up all of the Psychic-types that you can!
