How to Bite & Drink Blood in Vampyr

In Vampyr, you’re a vampire. I’m sorry you had to find out this way. It’s true, the game with the name that sort of sounds like vampire features a definite vampire. As such, you’re going to want to suck some blood to regain your health. Here’s how to bite and drink the blood of your enemies in the game.

To get into the prime sucking position, you’re going to need to stun your enemies. This can either be done by sneaking up behind them and performing a stealth attack, or by depleting their stun meter. This is the meter found below their health. You can use two-handed weapons or weapons like the stake to deplete this faster than others. Once it’s down all the way, they’ll be stunned and you can press X on PS4 or A on Xbox One to start biting them.

Doing this isn’t just for show, it hurts them, increases your blood meter, and helps you regenerate your health faster right after doing it. Your blood meter, by the way, is how you’ll do your special attacks that you’ll buy with skill points.
