How to Beat Faith Seed Easily in Far Cry 5
Faith Seed runs the Henbane River area of Hope County in Far Cry 5, and she also manufactures the Bliss drug which keeps the cult in a loyal and incredibly psychotic state of mind. This is something that your fight against Faith Seed will play on in Far Cry 5, so just be prepared.
This boss battle takes place in a trippy arena of sorts, and you’ll see Faith hovering in the air across from you when you first start out. Throughout the fight, Faith will continue to spawn enemies to get in your way and divert the attention from her. These only take one shot before they dissipate into thin air, so use a pistol to quickly take care of these and conserve ammo on your main weapons.
Once they are cleared out, you’ll now be free to take some shots at Faith. We found that a sniper headshot dealt significant damage, but if you’ve got an RPG or explosives of some sort with you, these will also take chunks off her health bar as well.
After round one, Faith will then begin duplicating herself a ton of times around the arena, on top of the enemies that she spawns. With each of her duplicates that you shoot and defeat – again, only one shot will have them turn into a cloud of smoke – another round of enemies will be spawned. As such, defeat the initial round of enemies the actual Faith spawns in, and then begin shooting one or two of the Faiths. Clear out the enemies that these spawn, then move onto another one or two. This way, you won’t be overwhelmed with them all hacking away at you at once.
When you land a shot on the actual Faith Seed, focus fire as much as you can on her. Again, snipers, RPGs, or explosives should be your first choice of weapon here, but failing that, peppering her with assault rifle headshots also works fairly well.
The third phase of this Far Cry 5 boss battle is essentially the same as the second, albeit with a few more enemies and fake Faiths to take care of. Rinse and repeat our method above and you’ll come out on top of your encounter with Faith Seed in Far Cry 5.
If you’re finding yourself running low on ammo, be sure to run to the rocks in the center of the arena at the end of each phase. Medkits, ammo, and handy weapons will spawn here every time, so be sure to make use of them.
