See Watch Dogs 2 Running in Glorious 4K on the PlayStation 4 Pro

Because hacking in 1080p is SO last year.

Sony gave the world its first look at its upcoming PlayStation 4 Pro console earlier today, and one of the games it used to show off the new hardware was Ubisoft’s upcoming Watch Dogs 2. The footage opens with a sweeping shot of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge before moving into a montage of people exercising, riding trolleys, taking pictures, and traveling around town.

There isn’t a whole lot of action shown, as the focus is more on showing how pretty the game’s environments look with and without AI moving about when running in 4K on the PlayStation 4 Pro. We do at least get a quick glance at player-character Marcus Holloway dangling from a crane above the city, though, and he’s doubtlessly prepping for some sort of over-the-top hactivism/action sequence.

You can see the footage as part of Sony’s PlayStation Meeting stream capture above. Jump to around the -54:30 point to catch all the Watch Dogs 2 action, which picks up just Sony shows off Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Watch Dogs 2 is scheduled for release on November 15. The PlayStation 4 Pro will launch on November 10 for $399.
