Kojima Gives Thanks to Fans for Their Support

*salutes*

Everyone was shocked when Hideo Kojima didn’t show up to the Game Awards like he said he would tonight. To say that fans didn’t take it well would be putting it lightly, and since that announcement, people have been flooding Kojima with support on social media, either directly or indirectly. Finally, the man himself took to social media to say something:

Since that tweet went out, the replies have been nothing but overwhelming love and positivity. And plenty of salutes.

Always remember, Metal Gear fans: Kojima only ends if you let him.
