How to Get Esdeath Sword in Sailor Piece
To unlock the Ice Queen Sword in Sailor Piece, you’ll need to have the Frost Empress title and various materials that drop both from the Ice Queen boss. You can spawn the Ice Queen boss on Boss Island using a Frost Relic, which drops with a low chance from every mob. How to Get Ice Queen Title

The chance of the title dropping is related to the difficulty (Normal: 0.65% / Medium: 0.85% / Hard: 1% / Extreme: 1.2%) of the boss, and there is a 0/155 pity system for the title drop. The Frost Empress title gives a +87.5% DMG buff.
Ice Queen Sword Mastery Requirements

How to Get Frostbane Clan

- +40% Damage
- +47% Max HP
- +10% Sword Damage
- +12% Luck
- Each DMG tick = 0.00225x DMG (1.25x cap; 6s duration)
How to Get Ice Queen Outfit
The Ice Queen Outfit is an accessory that drops from the Ice Queen with a very low chance. It is not required to obtain the sword or any of the other items from the Ice Queen update. The stats of the Ice Queen Outfit, once fully upgraded, are as follows:

- +35% DMG Reduction
