How to Buy Back Items from Merchants – Horizon Zero Dawn

Recommended Videos

Your inventory can get full pretty quickly in Horizon Zero Dawn, and with such a small inventory space to start out with, it’s likely that you’ll have to sell some stuff you didn’t necessarily want to. If that’s the case, or you simply sold something by accident, the item is not gone forever. You can always buy back items that you’ve sold to Merchants.

In order to do so, all you need to do is press Triangle to trade with a Merchant and then go to the Buy tab. At the very bottom, you should see another option to Buy Back Items. Simply select this and scroll down until you find the item you want. Once you’ve found it, simply hold down X until your purchase is confirmed.

It doesn’t matter what merchant you sell an item to either, you can buy back items from any merchant regardless. Now you’ll never have to wonder how things would have been if you just hadn’t sold that Blaze to the merchant that one time.

That’s all you need to know to buy back items in Horizon Zero Dawn. For more tips, tricks, and information about the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki guide.
