The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Mark Locations on Your Map

Recommended Videos

The world of Hyrule is vast, and it’s bigger than you’ve ever seen before in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. To navigate your way around the world effectively, you’ll need to rely heavily on your map. However, you might come across various points of interest or shrines that you’ll want to revisit at a later point during the game. To make sure that you don’t forget their locations, you should mark them on your map.

To view your map, press the – button to bring up the Sheikah Slate. This will give you an idea of what’s in your immediate surroundings. To mark a location, select any point on the map with your cursor and press the A button to select it. This will then bring up a series of different stamps you can use to place on the map. The variety of stamps available will allow you to differentiate your marked points so you know what you’re looking at when you view the map again. There are only 100 stamps available, meaning you can only mark 100 different locations at any point in time. To remove a stamp, select it and choose the Delete option.
