How to Pin Your Opponent in WWE 2K18

Recommended Videos

The latest iteration of the famous wrestling franchise is here with WWE 2K18, bringing plenty of new features while retaining the core mechanics. Of course, if you want to win matches you’ll need to know how to pin your opponent, and luckily it’s pretty darn easy to do if you know how. Here’s what you need to know.

To execute a pin in WWE 2K18, you’ll first need to entirely build up your momentum in the ring, by executing different moves. Once you’ve done that, and your opponent is on the ground, simply go up to them and hit Circle (or B) to execute a pin and begin the count. Now on the other hand, if you happen to find yourself being the one getting pinned, you’ll need to press X (or A) and stop the meter to kick out of the move. If you aren’t able to break free from it, your opponent will have a three count and you’ll end up losing the match.

That’s all you really need to know about how to pin your opponent in WWE 2K18. For more on the game make sure to check back in with Twinfinite.
