WWE 2K18 is here and it makes some big gameplay improvements over its predecessor. There’s been a host of refinements to combat, from its more accurate hitboxes to an all-new submission system. Weapons also make their return, enabling players to batter and bash the opposition with all manner of outlandish apparatus, from mops and ring bells to guitars and fire extinguishers. But once you’re done inflicting damage with your weapon of choice, you’ll probably find yourself wondering how to drop it. Here’s everything you need to know to drop weapons in WWE 2K18.

In order to drop weapons, with the weapon equipped just press B (Xbox One) / Circle (PS4) to drop it again. If you happen to drop the weapon accidentally and need to pick it back up, simply walk back over to it and push LB (Xbox One) / L1 (PS4).
