Watch Dogs Legion will be one of the first games in an incredibly busy few weeks for game and hardware releases. Here’s what you need to know.

Is Watch Dogs Legion PS4 Pro and Xbox One X Enhanced?

Yes, Watch Dogs Legion will be enhanced on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The problem we have, however, is that it’s not been made clear exactly what these enhancements are.

Currently, Ubisoft has yet to share any details on how the mid-generation hardware will offer a performance bump when playing Watch Dogs Legion over the base PS4 and Xbox One. They have shared PS5 and Xbox Series X performance details, though, stating the game will run at 4K, 30 FPS with ray tracing enabled on both next-gen consoles.

Given these next-gen consoles are far more powerful than even the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, this should temper expectations for the enhancements we could see on these systems.

We’d hazard a guess that Watch Dogs Legion will run at an upscaled, checkerboard 4K at 30FPS with no ray tracing on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, but we’ll do some digging and get back to you as soon as we’ve got any specific details.

That’s everything you need to know on whether or not the game is PS4 Pro and Xbox One X enhanced. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to search for Twinfinite, check out our wiki, or have a flick through more of our coverage down below.
