Reassuring the Mages in Vampire the Masquerade Swansong

After you’ve escaped the prison that Emem was previously trapped in, you’ll eventually run into Hartford Chantry. This will indeed trigger a confrontation that you’ll only be allowed to miss 2 out of the 4 checks. The first check is for intimidation, so if Emen isn’t capable, well, there goes that one.

Deneb Osborn then shows up and there will then be persuasion, psychology, and rhetoric checks. Pass at least one of these and then finally pass a persuasion check to progress onto the next stage.

For the final phase of this confrontation, you can then either use education or pick the option “A neighborhood in Boston” to win the stage and reassure the mages. For your reward, you’ll get a lot more experience points than if you were to completely fail this, so it’s worth a little extra effort in the end.

That’s all you need to know about how to reassure the mages in Vampire the Masquerade Swansong. Hopefully, you were able to get through all of those checks, scoop up a chunk of experience points and are ready for what comes next.
