Recommended Videos

Nintendo has today announced the SNES Classic Edition, set to release Sept. 29 for $79.99. The system comes pre-loaded with 21 classics, including Star Fox 2 which has never before been released. Of course, due to the overwhelming popularity of the NES Classic Edition last year, fans are no doubt wondering where they can pre-order the SNES Classic Edition. Well, we’re here to give you a helping hand.

On our searches across the internet, only UK retailer GAME is currently taking pre-orders. The likes of Amazon, BestBuy, and EB Games have yet to list the SNES Classic Edition for pre-order.

To give you a helping hand, we’re going to be updating this post  when we see pre-orders for the SNES Classic going live below. The list will indicate what territory the pre-orders are for, and we’ll be keeping the post updated with whether it’s in or out of stock at retailers as best we can.

Where You Can Currently Pre-Order

While almost all of the above sites have now run out of their pre-order allocation, word has it that high street GAME stores have some Mini SNES Classic units available for pre-order. You’ll need to put down a £50 deposit and sign up for a free reward card to secure yours. There is still currently no word on US pre-orders going live.

If you spot any other retailers with SNES Classic Edition pre-orders, be sure to help out your fellow fans and sound off in the comments down below.
