Sims 4 Strangerville is all about solving a mystery in a small desert town. There’s one secret in particular, though. Here is everything you need to know about what the secret is in Sims 4 Strangerville.
When exploring the lab area in Strangerville, you’ll come across a bunch of spores that are blocking an area that you want to get to.
You can see our full break down of how to get past the spores here, or check out the video below, but you basically need to protect yourself by getting a scanner from a military person, identifying the spores that are there with that scanner, and then putting them into a machine in the lab.
You then need to get a Spore Filter, and then combine it with a hazmat suit that you can buy. Doing that will allow you to get past them and see what the secret is.
Strangerville’s Secret
Once you get past the spores, you’ll come across a gigantic plant mother that’s clearly the secret and the root of the issue in Strangerville.
If you’re infected, you won’t be able to fight it, and you won’t be able to communicate with it because the possessed buff will appear and your sim will leave the area. You first need to cure yourself.
The vaccine is five spore clusters and one bizarre fruit. You can buy bizarre fruit from the curio shop or nurture a bizarre plant and then harvest the fruit when it pops open. Once you’ve made the vaccine and are cured, you should be able to continue without any issues.
