How to Sell Items, Objects, and Furniture in The Sims 4 PS4 and Xbox One

Recommended Videos

The Sims 4 is on PS4 and Xbox One and it’s time for players to make up whatever households they please within the game. While you’re doing a full-fledged makeover to the new house you move your sims into, you might be wondering how to get rid of some of the old furniture for some cold-hard cash. Well, it’s easy!

In order to sell items, objects, and furniture in the game, you first need to be in Build and Buy mode. Then, grab whatever furniture you want, and push Triangle on PS4 or Y on Xbox One while it is selected. This will lead to the item being sold for simoleons. Keep in mind that an item depreciates in value as soon as you place it and go into Live mode again, so it’s best to sell stuff before ya do go back to controlling your sims.

That’s all there is to selling stuff in The Sims 4 on PS4 and Xbox One! If you have any more questions about the game, be sure to leave us a comment down below and we’ll try our best to answer you!
