Is There Romance in Scarlet Nexus? Answered

The short and sweet answer is no, there isn’t any romance in the game. That means you won’t be able to woo any of the teammates that you get to know.

Just because you can’t become romantically involved, though, doesn’t mean you can’t form a good relationship with your teammates. Instead of romance in Scarlet Nexus, you’re able to build bonds with other characters in your group.

Bond System

The bond system allows you to get closer to your teammates by using their SAS abilities in combat, giving them gifts, and completing their Bond Episodes. Raising the bond level with individual characters provides specific perks and buffs that pertain to them and which they can use in combat.

Alongside specific helpful powers, you’ll also learn more about their motivations and personalities by improving your overall bond.
