Worry not, for the fix is both very quick and very easy to implement, and will definitely be a lot less taxing (though tragically less rewarding) than having to learn another tongue. Here’s what you need to know to change language in Railway Empire.

In order to change your language, you will have to make the necessary adjustments before launching Railway Empire in Steam. Right-click on Railway Empire in your Steam library, and select the properties option. Once the menu has opened, navigate to the language tab. Here, you will be given the option to play the game in whichever language you select.

After you have chosen the desired language, you will have to restart Steam. Upon reopening, the game will automatically update to retrieve the necessary localization files. This should not take very long to complete, and once it has finished, you will be able to launch the game in the language of your choice. …Oh, so that’s what they were saying all along!
